Do you happen to have a 68k Mac with a 1.44Mb floppy? If so why not simply
put the files on a DOS floppy, copy them to the Mac, and then copy them
onto a ProDOS floppy? Sure it requires four steps, but it's going to be
the easiest probably (if you've got the Mac).
