Not sure it's the same thing, but I have a "PDP-10 Processor Handbook"
that I've heard refered to as the "PDP-10 Phonebook" - 'cause it looks a
bit like a telephone directory, printed on newsprint-type paper. It's the
processor reference for the KA10, published in 1970 (at least, the copy I
have is dated 1970).

I've decided that, as soon as I can get a scanner and a copy of Adobe
Acrobat 4.0 (i.e., the full version, not just the reader), I'm going to
cut the pages out of the binding on my copy and scan it in. It breaks my
heart to do that, but the paper is deteriorating really badly, and it's
not going to last all that much longer anyway. I also have a "PDP-10
Timesharing Handbook" that's in pretty much the same condition (if not
slightly worse), and will need to meet the same fate.
