This was a thread we had a few years ago... I seem to recall:
A few people killed by exploding disk packs
A claim that somebody was strangled by a vacuum column tape drive
A claim that somebody was paper-cut to death by a high speed printer
or maybe killed when a printer chain flew apart
Nobody could verify (or even heard of a friend of a friend) an
electrocution.
