Dick,
I used to have printer that I THINK was a Citizen GSX-something. It
sounds like it used the same ribbons. It came with a black ribbons but you
could buy some kind of upgrade that changed it to a color printer and then
you had to install a four color ribbon. You might check and see if the
Citizen used the same ribbon as your Toshiba.
