No such luck with silk-screen labels, and the electronics contains
large numbers of switches and jumper headers, none of which are
obvious candidates for playing...

I like that idea and will try it, however it is still important to
learn how to setup and maintain the device.

It is a disk subsystem as contrasts a 'drive'; I will post a small
jpg of it perhaps later...
