Source for Osborne documentation?

Easily solved... If they can at least download and store the file on some
sort of removable media, they can take it to a Kinko's and have a copy
printed. Of course, I could always put a note on the page offering to print
and mail a copy for a small fee. PDF's print out very nicely.
