most any JTS drive and the ST251(in a warm box) followed
by an old MFM Miniscribe 3.5" 21mb. These are exceeded
by the infamous SA400 (or sa400L) drives.
I also think the Zip drive (IOMEGA) might qualify.
All time winner was the 300baud FSK modem used by MITS
as a cassette interface.
