/dev/sbus isn't something one would expect to find under Solaris,
although you could fake it by creating a simlink to the appropriate
things in /devices. On an IPX I'd expect that to be something
like:

/devices/sbus_at_1,f8000000/sbusmem_at_x,0:slotx

Where <x> is the slot number, 0 - 3.
