Question about Delphi

In fact, it's still running a shell service as well. I've been
grandfathered into my account there. It's still running VMS, but the
shell is a very heavily modified DCL-driven menu system of some kind,
so I can't do anything silly like "$ SHOW SYSTEM".

But it's definitely VMS. You get dumped into VMS MAIL when you check
your email.
