Actually PC-LINK was available to anyone at least in the early 90's. I was
on it for a year or so, probably in the '91 timeframe. I was on a Twinhead
386sx laptop at the time. Of course I was also on Prodigy, GEnie, and
Compuserve as well as various DC BBS's. I dumped most when I got on the
Internet in early '92.
