Except that Zane gave the type number off the SIMM, and this site gives the
IC types. Not the same thing!

Actually, it says 8M x 36, which is 32MB with parity :-)

Since Zane wrote that it's an NEC SIM with a date code of 1993, I looked it
up in the 1993 NEC databook :-)
