Well, finally dug up my old Able boards brochure. The 10046 board
is described as the Interlink/UNI.

It emulates and is software compatible with the DEC DR11B. It also
emulates the DEC DA11-B allowing computer link operation between
2 Unibus machines with a second 10046 or link with a Qbus system
when used with the Interlink/LSI, 10049.

Anyway, that was the sales pitch. $1600 in 1984.
