  The Touch Screen came standard on all HP 150s. It was optional on the
TS-II. It could also be ordered and installed by the user. I've never
seen it on a TS-II, but I've only seen a few TS-IIs anyway. BUT I did see
a Touch Screen add on for sale on E-bay once. The same add-on Touch Screen
could also be used on one of the HP terminals.
