Eric,

  I have a Series II model 235 with lots of upgrades. I have a big pile of

  Yes, they came with a 8080 but the 8085 card was available as an upgrade.
Mine has it.

  The internal drives could also be upgraded to DD. See the 4th book above.
Mine has been upgraded. I also have an external box with two DD drives.

  I've never found CPM for them but if you read Digital Research's CPM
manuals you'll notice that the CPM source code that they use was written
for an Intel MDS.
