Tek 4014/5 emulation

Getting back to Tek emulation :-P, I've got Lynx successfully exporting
pictures as Tek displays and I've been able to trim down the size of
the generated vectors. Also, if you can live with a high-contrast image,
it compresses down really well. So here's one place that HTML definitely
belongs, and Lynx is no longer Tek only. :-)
