Where can I find 5.25 DS/DD disks?

I don't know about the *best* place, but DiskDirect has them for $.25 ea
in quantity of 10 and $.20 in Quantity of 100. Their site is

Shelf life has been demonstrated to be 29 years and more with good
quality diskettes and moderate storage conditions. I think 5.25" drives
in legacy machines will be around for some time.

Don't overlook getting used ones, bulk degaussing, peeling the labels,
and starting all over again.
