Agreed. While I'd hire Dwight in an instant (if we were hiring),
and while we have at least 2/5 of our programmers who don't have
college degrees, I'd say: get that degree!

One non-college grad here said he finds that after about 5
years of experience, most places don't care that he didn't have
a degree. (He also said that the places that cared the most were
the ones he least wanted to work at: large companies.)
