No. The earliest PETS almost all used the MCS6550 SRAMs I mentioned; a few
used 2114s (different and fairly rare PCB). The later ones all used 4116s.
 None of them ever used 2101s or 2102s.

I'm looking for a MCS6550; nothing else will do :-)
