Frankly, I haven't seen anyone running around in circles, except for one
fellow who'd indulged in some illegal chemical abuse, on fire or not, nor
have I seen anyone's head explode since the war. Perhaps a conclusion could
be drawn about the lax attitude people have toward recreational use of
chemicals . . . I recognize that a significant number of recreational
substance abusers write code for a living.
