OT: Mailing list options

  This was discussed to death some time ago and the consensus was it was
better to have replies go to the list as default to keep the conversation
flowing and archive it. Some people (such as I) use software that make
changing the recipient hard (or don't have an option to send to sender vs.
list). Because of that, most conversations will die down as two
participants branch off privately to talk.

  And while private messages do pop up from time to time, it doesn't happen
every day (or even every month) and most people around here (and on other
mailing lists) are understanding and will ignore such messages.

  And for the record, such Reply-To: munging is allowed by RFC822 (section
4.4.3).
