I bought my first home a year ago. For me, the kicker for this house was
that it has a 2 car garage - but its completely paneled, carpeted, etc, and
made up as a big den / rec room.

I walked in and thought "woah, room for all my computer stuff"

So, I made a deal with the SO. All the "crappy" stuff goes in there, and
all the "good" stuff (our modern PCs, any collection that I'm currently working
on) goes into the "computer room" - a converted bedroom.
