I can clearly see that this is a 6-level tape, so Baudot wouldn't be the
answer. (I seem to recall, though, that some of the 6-level codes were
modified from Baudot, either using the extra hole in place of the shift
character or using it for marking capital or lower case letters. All caps
are fine for telegrams but not for book printing.)
