Altair parts substitutions

You're right about the PMOS=> NMOS=>HMOS=>CMOS shifts in technology, but
I'd be surprised to learn that the 3000 series parts as well as the 82xx
bipolar parts weren't manufactured by NS, MMI, or TI.
