The Tillamook Naval Air Station Museum in Tillamook, OR has one. I don't
know if they'd let you go poking about in the avionics bays though.

The F-15C (and possibly the E) has an ECM computer installed that uses the
Motorola 6800 as the CPU. What sucks is that there is a far more powerful
and sophisticated unit available, but no one wants to pony up the money
for the required test and evaluation programs.
