I've got an Apple ///, with a ProFile HD and an Apple Monitor ///. I have never
switched any of the equipment on, so state is unknown. I also lack any concept
as to the value of the components. If you are able to ascertain a value, would
you mind passing that info along to me as well?

I will do the same for you, if I can find a valuation.
