Last I seriously used TCP/IP on VMS was under MultiNet 3.mumble. But on the
hobbyist CD is DECNet Plus and TCPIP 5.0. The docs state that if you install
DECNet Plus, you can run DECNet apps over TCP/IP. I haven't tried it.
