I just thought I'd point out that the problem of trying to trade very
common stuff for very obscure stuff is that people are more likely to
want to trade their very common stuff for your very obscure stuff, so a
trade like this rarely works out.

You can't go to a bank and ask for $20 in change for a ten dollar bill :)
