Huh? The Open was added around the 6.0/6.1 timeframe. The Compaq merger
was during the 7.2eft timeframe. I'd thought the namechange was a
combination of emphasising it's openess, but largly a reaction to the fact
they now had VMS running on both VAX and Alpha.
