Need I.D. on IMSAI parts

I just obtained, in various pieces, a VDP-40 and a
VDP-44 from which I am hoping to assemble one working
unit (perhaps to display at next year's VCF). Among
the stuff was a bag of parts (resistors, capacitors,
ICs, LEDs, etc.) with a parts list. I've scanned the
