Vaxstation 4000/60 help please

I once transferred an ST31200N drive from a Decstation 5000/33
to my 4000/60 and I installed OpenVMS 7.2 on it. No problems found. Should
I expect surprises if I try to add other drives that haven't
been used under some DEC OS?
