Hi
 If they were in the Halon environment for 10 minutes and
didn't pass out, I'd think that the system wasn't size
right for the space. We were told that even though the
un-burnt Halon is non toxic, that doesn't mean it is a
substitute for air. I'm surprised that anyone stayed in the
room with the Halon.
