There's one at
ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/msdos/diskutil/park.zip

I've got a 30 or so byte version of park on one of my home machines,
but I won't be there for several hours.

Depending upon how old you HD is, park might be entirely unnecessary.
Also depending upon the machine. One of my machines parked the heads
(by interrupt generated by the power switch) on every power down. I
think this actually increased the frequency at which I had to do low
level formats. I think parking actually caused the heads to become
misaligned after a while.
