The FBI, NSA, CIA, and Bureau of Public Roads (CIA front) all bought
copies of XenoCopy. And there were a LOT of copies purchased by "John
Smith" type names at various other addresses in Langley, Virginia. But
the NSA and FBI seemed to be content to only pay for one copy each -- NO
respect for copyright law.
