VT340 focus adjustment?

Well, maybe. In a case like this, the better approach is to apply just
a dot of glyptal (or nail polish, for that matter) to one side of the
adjustment rather than 'paving it over'. That way any required future
adjustments need only to crack the dot rather than remove it altogether.
