GKS startup on VT340 terminals?

I know its bad form to answer your own question but by using the wonderful
VMS help system and reading some of the DCL files I figured out that a
VT330 is type '16' and the connection ID is your terminal (OPA0: worked,
but I suspect something like TT: would also work)
