What is the current Teledisk version #...

If it's the same teledisk that Sydex sold to NTI here's what their website
states:

"Because this software can be used to defeat software copy protection, NTI
restricts the sale of the software to government agencies, law enforcement
agencies and Fortune 1000 corporations who have a demonstrated need for the
software. It is not sold to the general public.

The current release is version 2.22 and the GSA Product Number is TD2.22. "
