vt100 & graphics

OK! I will bite. But what can you do with one of these boards? Namely,
what were the commands and what were the results? Or more to the
point, how were the programs written and how fast could the results be
displayed - assuming that something like a square could be displayed
without each pixel being needed to be specified.
