Hi Dan,

I am really sorry to hear about the fire. I apologize if I sounded a bit
harsh, it is clearly extremely difficult to make a living off these
computers we love so much. I was attempting to explain why I felt there
would never be a hobbyist program for RT-11 and RSX-11 based on the
business case. Now with one of its major supporters also off-line it
seems not only a rough business climate but bad luck as well is conspiring
against us.

This was my thought as well. Clearly the needs of hobbyists have to come
after the jobs that put food on the table. Given the difficultly of keeping
one's head above water supporting these machines these days I just did the
math and projected out for the next few years :-(
