Zane,
I usually pay anywhere from 4 to 10 cents a pound for the
large stuff. He thinks a University is going to come along and
scoop it up for $$$$. I did have one a few years back I received
free from the Kentucky DOT. Never had it running though. Had to
lose it when I relocated to NY.
