I don't have a service manual, but I've uploaded a PDF of (most of!) the
Operating Manual to

This manual includes some calibration information. I have a working
PP39, so if there's something specific I can help you with, let me know.
The manual isn't complete, because I only produced it to demonstrate a
14-segment LED font I created!
