Well, you can see from their low feedback that they are relatively
new, and limited in experience. Perhaps they are just "fishing"?
And you never know. They may be in dire financial straits, and
in desperation, be trying anything they can, to survive. I don't
so quickly pass judgement on others, but make note of others that
do.
