Ok. The storage locker isn't *completely* full, although it has multiple
big-iron VAXen and two IBM mainframes complete with peripherals in it.
And the space heater is on, but is just enough to heat only the area just
in front of it. There's a radiant heating system in the floor of the
locker, but it doesn't help all that much when it's close to 0F outside.
