8008/SCELBI Emulator Now Available for Testing

Well, the source of SCELBAL is in the listing...the
source of the emulator is not presently available,
mostly because I do this for a living, and I don't
think the source code is at a level of quality
presentable without personal embarassment! But, it
works well...
