Dont know about 4.4 but 4.2 and 4.3 certainly do

Sure does, but only up to the 3100/30/40/38/48. The 3100/76 (and beyond)
were never supported under Ultrix AFAIK...

I think the BSD 4.3 Vaxstation support only extends to the VSII
