OT: need AC adapter for OmniBook 4000

(This doesn't meet the 10-year rule, but I've looked everywhere else)

I'm in need of an AC adapter for a Hewlett-Packard OmniBook 4000CT laptop.
I don't know the model number, but the machine takes 21VDC.
(That's not a typo. It takes takes twenty one volts).
