OT memory too cheap to pass up

I've been thinking about building an SBI memory card for the VAX-11/785.
They can access a maximum of 512MB physical, so I'd probably use two
256M SDRAM DIMMs.

But somehow I imagine that's not what you're looking for. :-)

Any idea how much memory a KA655 can support? I've got three 16MB cards
on it now, but I wonder how many address lines they brought out. It's
a bummer that the KA630 is limited to 16MB.
