Questions about VMSTPC

Hello everyone,

An acquaintance of mine is having trouble either
compiling and/or using the VMSTPC package under
Alpha OpenVMS 7.1.

Is anyone running VMSTPC under OpenVMA 7.1 on an
Alpha? If so, would you be willing to talk to him?
He's trying to read magtapes that are over 10 years
old, so it's as on-topic as you can get...
