If you want to know what it is, then you SHOULD say WHAT the 4 chips are,
both chip numbers and sizes. Are they 40 pin? And WHICH dip socket on
the motherboard? a ROM socket? the CPU socket?, . . .

It is probably one of the "speedup" boards, that supplants the 4.77MHz
8088 with something faster.
