I have an idea. Let's implement the Dick "Big Tool" Erlacher method of
list moderation. Anyone should have the capability of blocking anyone
else from the list. That way, people will certainly stay on topic as the
moment they go off topic (and offend someone) they will be instantly
blocked, no questions asked.
