Best ways to drive a Tektronix terminal?

In my college days we had a Harris S200/7 driving this terminal. We used
Fortran and the supplied Plot10 library.

I'm fresh out of both of these now so will have to settle for something
else driving this critter.

I had a stray though about driving this terminal with a Tandy Model 100...
